Shipping Policies

Damages
Cely's Pink Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If our tracking system inform us that your package is Delivered and your claim that you haven't receive it, you should file a claim to the shipment carrier (not our responsibility once the package is at shipping carrier location). If you provide an incorrect shipping address and order was shipped to the incorrect address is not our responsibility.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Every order is final. 
Returns will not be accepted as all merchandise is shipped in perfect condition.
